Yankee Julep offers the convenient shopping online experience, while we know that you cannot touch, feel, & try on, we do our best to be exchange/return friendly. However, we asked that you follow the rules set in place so we can do our best to help a girl out!
- Items purchase must be returned within 25 days of shipping and will be eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.
- Any item purchased with personalization is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price, CLEARENCE or SALE is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned item, unless it is Yankee Julep error i.e. defect or incorrect item.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
OBEY the GIRLFRIEND CODE
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR A RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RESHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Yankee Julep Boutique strives on good quality clothing, however, sometimes things happen.
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival, if you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, YOU must contact us in 3 days of receipt, no exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to email@example.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Yankee Julep account, order #, and product code/name of the item.
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.
Gift Card (Store Credit)
We will issue your exchange or return via email, code, gift card for store credit. This is a Beautiful Thing, it doesn't expire!
If you find another cute item, and not exact price, no worries, you can apply credit in cart and pay for the difference.
Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
CHANGE or CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We get it, things happen you may need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are glad to help, please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once we have process your order we cannot make changes.
ADDING ITEMS to an ORDER YOU JUST PLACED
Have you ever had a moment that you submitted your order, and your like OMG-I didn't see that CUTE MAXI DRESS. We will help you out! Contact us immediately at email@example.com. We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have processed and shipped. If your first order hasn't been shipped we will do our best to combined the orders.
